Though this probably won't appeal to the hardcore Table Tennis player, it is hilarious. The premise is basically ping pong in an apartment with crazy players, hot female referee's, comedian commentators, oh and drinking rules. Everyone has to do shots when they miss a shot, or get slammed on. What really makes this so funny is the commentators who bash everyone, insult everyone, and make the funniest comments I've ever heard. If you like stupid humor, good looking girls, and drinking, this is definitely worth checking out.

I just got this paddle, and I find that it has immediately improved my game overall. I ordered this paddle in hopes that it would improve my game, especially my spin; to my satisfaction, it has greatly increased the amount of spin I put on the ball so that instead of just missing the edge of the table, I can pin the ball right on the edge. This paddle is, in my opinion, ideal for the player who spins the ball most of the time when he plays. In terms of control, I find this paddle very good as well; however, I can only use it for control and defense if I put some form of spin on the ball. For those who prefer to play defensively and just let the ball bounce of the paddle, this racket's power will send it flying so long as there is no spin on the ball. The only problem with this paddle, as everyone else has identified, is the extremely weak and fragile rubber. One accidental hit of the rim of the paddle on the table or any other hard surface, and this rubber will inevitably rip. So long as you keep care not to hit it against any surfaces, though, the rubber will be fine, and even upon ripping the edges, it has no effect on your game. Besides this one flaw, I love this paddle, and I would recommend it to anyone who primarily spins the ball.

I really like this bat, everyone does. but I really do believe the rubber is really easy to tear as I see a lots of missing bit at the side.

First off this paddle is delivered in a box just telling everyone because that one review saying it didn't come in one. Well me and my friend wanted to step our game up from these really bad rubber paddles we got at dick's sporting goods so we looked online and thought the senshu would be great for us. When we got it on my front porch and opened it we were so excited. The rubber is very tacky and lint and dust easily gets caught on it so make sure to wipe it down with a damp sponge but not too damp. Get this paddle if you feel like you need much more spin on your serves or top spin drives. Be ready though because this thing is so hard to control at first. When me and my friend were serving it to each other the spin was magnified. If it was a side spin it would shoot across after hitting the paddle but we got use to the spin and learned soon how to counter it in a hour or too. So buy this paddle if you're wanting to improve your control very much~ Love this paddle

I was recently borrowing a friend's Kenji racket, I loved it but I was still kinda off on my smashes. I tried to get the Kenji on Amazon but it was sold out. But after reviewing other paddles I think with the stats on the Senshu it would be good for me and I was totally right. I had it for 3 days and it took me a day to adjust. It is heavier than the Kenji. 90% of my smashes are landing now and I haven't lost yet out of 40 games. The people I played against usually win 50/50 of the games we play, but now, they are trying real hard to win. Oh, the control on this paddle is really hard but its coming. some of the games I allow people to smash so I can practice control. But overall I'm on top of my game with this paddle. I love it.

I'm no pro at table tennis but I wanted a better paddle to advance my game. I love this paddle.

I bought the Shikata ping-pong paddle to use for an intermediate ping-pong class and it functioned quite well as referenced by Amazon reviews here. The wooden handle has a nice aesthetic touch to it because of the unique Shikata design and head is a standard size which fits my manly hands perfectly. The paddle itself is not too heavy and not too light which provided an even balance for me and allowed me access to a higher level of maneuverability at the table with an equal amount of power when I instantly will it. Hits: My top-spin heavy shots were more precise and aggressive to a point where I could achieve these shots naturally and at ease. How profound! Slices were very easy to control as well. Side spin serves were absolutely amazing and my serves were noticeably improved on a large scale. I wouldn't say this is particularly an improvement paddle because that would do it no justice. The paddle is actually very capable and can be quite aggressive for competitive games. Minor Gripe? I have one and it's clean your paddle with the cleaner solution or your shots will go out more frequently. Nonetheless, this applies to all Butterfly rubber-paddles. The Shikata is easy to clean. My friend had a Butterfly Asassim paddle with a much thicker amount of rubber layer. I think it belongs in the pro's paddle category but I found it unnecessarily heavy although the execution of loop shots were amazing. It was also much more expensive which I didn't prefer. The Shikata however, fitted all of my preference & budget so after a day of reviewing other Butterfly paddles I went with the Shikata. The Shikata is a great paddle for intermediate and advanced level players and is well worth the $45 spent!

It been 24 years since I last played, I may say I am an intermediate back then. I was using paddles provided by the sports house then and now. A friend convinced me to get me a paddle to grow with the sport. I like the review of Naifu, Kyoshi, Shikata and Shensu. Budget wise Naifu would be good but to grow Shensu is the paddle. I like to grow on a a budget so I chose Kyoshi but was out of stock so Shikata for a litte bit more. Also bought Naifu for my son who i am teaching now. Shikata is a very good racket. I can return and hit balls at will. Blocks pretty well too. After a week with the paddle i think i need to create my own paddle. One thing i did not like is that the Shikata that was sent to my was an old stock. Comparing it to the Naifu I got my son, his Naifu is shiny and the Shikata is dry, no glow at all. When i put back my son's Naifu original protective plastic covering it sticked to the paddle, when i put the Shikata's original protective plastic covering it did not stick at all. That is why i give it 4 stars, someone said to put lamp oil. Overall Shikata is a fine pre-assembled racket.

This is a very good paddle for someone who wants to move up from the cheap sportscraft "contender" models. It is very good at all distances and gives you a good idea of whether you want to be an aggressive or defensive player. It is also a very sturdy paddle. If you keep it clean and try not to cut it into the table the rubber will last a good length of time. I have been playing with it for over a month now and still all the rubber is completely sealed around the edges. Overall, its a really good paddle and if you are just starting to play more on the competitive side this would be a good choice.

This paddle is great for anyone who wants to step up there table tennis skill level, and doesn't want to go through the whole 'build your own' paddle scenario. Highly Recommend it!

This paddle was a great addition to my ping pong family. A little on the high side for pricing, this paddle is not for anyone who doesn't incorporate a large amount of spin into their play. My loops have never been more effective. Definitely a racket worth looking at.

Looked great initially: 4 pingpong paddles and a bunch of balls. The edges of the paddles have been cracking even with just ordinary use. I don't think there will be a problem using them, but they look worn after only a few months' use.

Butterfly racquets are among the best that I have used, and a 4 player kit for this price seemed like an unbeatable deal. The racquets are pretty good quality ones, but certainly not tournament standard. My main complaint is against the balls included. While they claim to be 3star quality, they break pretty easily along the joins. Our games involve lot of smashing, and we ran through 3 balls in a single session. Had to invest in a box of Stag balls that seems to hold up a lot better. For casual play, I would recommend this kit, especially if you play a lot of doubles.

I have 3 kids now each of them have a racket now. They can play together very goog. High quality and good price.

This actually turned out to be a great purchase. For the price, you get 4 paddles and enough balls to last a while. Everything is great quality and you won't be disappointed. If you're looking for a set, this is the one.

I ordered these Wii Ping Pong Paddles and then found out that you could not even use them. I have Wii Sports Resort that requires the extra module be but on the bottom of the controler. When I did this, they would not even fit into the paddles (too long). What a Bummer!!!!

I thought that they would be fun when I bought them, but like most of the gadgets for wii, it is hard to get the controllers in and out, so we just don't take the time to do it. If you have skins on your controllers, it is a real pain to take them on and off to use the other gadgets.

It is probably just me, but I find this a very difficult game to play and really very hard to figure it out.. not very good instruction for those that aren't use to playing games.. nothing in the written materials at all and in the tutorial I discovered by accident how to use.. I think a bit more info on their use and such, written - would make it a lot more enjoyable.. I had thought of returning because of my frustration level actually.

This are just a waste of money, they don't make playing an easier or more fun, they actually make it harder for the Wii remote to interact with the sensor bar.

Had to set the paddle aside. They were a hinderance. I don't recommend them at all!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these balls. They are as good as most 3-star balls. They are quite fast through the air too. I would definitely recommend this to any beginner-intermediate skilled player.

well, I expected these ping pon balls to be better in quality. One was cracked, and a coupe were somewhat misshapen. The others were good.
